Las Vegas - National Parks Loop. Looking for advice on hotels and sights to see.

We stopped for a drink on the way to Ouray. It looked like a nice little historic town
In Zion, for those that may want to, hike up to Angles Landing. It's a beautiful hike but be sure to be in hiking boots or waking shoes not motorcycle boots. Probably not for any that are afraid of heights though. You can leave your bikes in Springdale or in the park and ride the shuttles around, they stop at beginnings the different hikes.
I agree that section of 141 is a pleasant and scenic ride. Also Rt 128 which heads NE from Moab, up to Cisco is nice.
In Moab I would suggest Eklectica Cafe for breakfast. Heading out north on Main Street (Rt 191) it’s on the right.
You’ll enjoy day 4 riding on Rt 12 to Torrey. In Boulder any you you on GS's could take the Burr Trail (great little motorcycle road) down then the dirt road over to 24?
Day 5 Torrey to Moab I would recommend taking 24 east then Rt 95 south from Hanksville through Fry Canyon and Natural Bridges National Monument to 191, then north to Moab. Rt 95 is a really nice and scenic ride. Not much in the way of gas stations as I recall so best to start off with full tanks in Torrey.
That’s where we usually stay in Torrey.

Here's my ride report from my Vegas trip in 2012. For me the most memorable places were Joshua Tree, Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Bryce Canyon & Zion. We wished we'd spent more time on the road and less time in Vegas to be honest:

LOL as far as I'm concerned Vegas is only good for its airport.

A quick ride up the Strip on the way from St George to Death Valley via the Hoover Dam was more than enough for me
If you're stuck for accom we used hot-wire.com and booking.com to get the best deals on local motels. You can always try to barter at the reception but this was not always successful. 
We mostly booked our next nights stay over the phone before breakfast.
