We’re relying on the wife not having to undergo surgery this year and her dull headed mother not breaking her arm allowing us the free time to bring the dogs up for about 3 nights between Xmas and New year.

Yes, I know the dates are vague but we’d probably be there from Monday 30th and come home on the 2nd or 3rd. It’s our 20th wedding anniversary on the 31st so we’ll probably be a bit pissed and there’s a chance we’ll light a fire to burn meat but don’t rely on that.

Small & informal, Tents, campers or pods - if you get in early enough

Its more the, " I had balls to do it " Separates the men from the boys -

Frost, ice, snow cold, wind & or rain or even brilliant sunshine plus lots of craic too

Small meeting, nuthin’ organised, nuthin’ written in stone. The campsite is closed for winter but Tim allows us on.

Hotel in village and the Corran ferry closed New years day and the 2nd January. Local shop and cafe open. Nothing there apart from a walk in the woods and a bier or five in convivial company

Its actually quite baggy,

I have the inner liner in, & my warm & safe heated top on , hence the chunky look - you can see its loose by the baggy panels under the arms
