That's just down the road from Thierry but, according to Tripadvisor, it's closed? I'm due at work on Wednesday, so may be able to come up early for a beer, but would appreciate confirmation of the pub's status and a few more peeps attending to make it worthwhile.

Well, I had a really enjoyable evening talking to Thierry (which was very easy as we both work in the Live Events industry)
Just a great pity nobody else turned up.
We decided the next meet is closer to Central Somerset to try and get you lot interested.
TUESDAY 28th DECEMBER AT 7:30: VENUE is The Cross Keys, Lydford on Fosse. ( on the A37, 5 miles north from the Podimore roundabout on the A303)
The pub changed ownership 2 years ago and is now a Free House.
Always 5 real ales at £3.20 a pint / 5 local ciders / lots of very good reasonably priced pub food.
5 x B&B rooms / 2 acre camping field for both tents and electric hook ups for all your wobbly boxes or caravans.
Loads of parking, so no excuses please.
I will remind you all nearer the date.
