LC Digital Display (clocks) Anti Theft Brace

Fella`s I`ve sorted out that anti theft device for the oh too easily removable clocks on our LC`s. I got quoted over £600 yesterday for the replacement cost of these clocks ffs

Its following a recent thread where some of us have had our clocks stolen by thieving scum, I`ve had some input from the lads on the forum (fanks guys ) and the final design is as follows.

If anyone wants one you can get one from the following link - I`m happy to make them but won`t start till next week as I`m off riding my bike this weekend (and going to look at a Suzuki X7..............). And yes they will be available in black powder coat for the ones of us who don`t want anything so `blingy`.

I`m sure they won`t stop a determined thief but I`m also sure this brace will drastically reduce this oh too easy and quick theft.

well I hope its another quality product, I listened to the lads before coming up with the final design and it seems good - I`ve got one fitted to my bike!

You also used to have a nice rear rack fitted in place of the rear seat on your bike, until I turned up at the factory one day and rode off with it

Thanks for the offer, however it's still looking just as good as when I got it, even after having loads of stuff strapped onto it for various camping trips!

I agree, it looks great and Mark does make some great products, but isn't it a sad state of affairs when everything has to be bolted down because of the thieving scum that aren't prepared to simply buy things, as the rest of us do.

I oh so agree with you fella - I wouldn`t normally `actively` look to help the lads with engineering solutions (not that I ain`t the helpful type - I simply don`t have the time to do anything as quick as people wish - especially for Nuts lol) but I felt gutted for the tosser who had been violated so I thought I would find the time to look to make something to help.

I was thinking the same. I've only heard of one case of clocks getting stolen.
