Leaking Brake Reservoir

I just replaced all the seals on my disk brakes . but now I have a leak from the reservoir. Photo below. I was surprised that there was no O-ring or gasket there, and the reservoir is only held on by one small screw once the three top bolts are removed. Is that right or am I missing something.

Theres an O ring that fits to the bottom of the reservoir where it pushes into the master cylinder. Part no 20 in the diagram. There is only one small screw.
