Leaking Streetguard 3

All of a sudden my street guard 3 started to let water through on the front of the elbows. Bought it in 2010, done less than 30k mls with it. Thought these lasted forever. Others have had the same problem or suggestions to treat the jacket?

I bought the Streetguard 4 suit when it was released in 2014. Within the first year both the jacket & trousers leaked. Rainbow BMW were brilliant and swapped it for a new suit without question . The other day I was wondering if the replacement jacket was leaking at the sleeves, but not sure for certain yet.

Bin it and buy RUKKA !! 12 years and not leaking as yet !!
