Lebara SIM not working in the CRN

Bought my lebara sim in the uk last year and it worked fine in the connected ride. In germany at the mo but it seems to have stopped working with a cross above the network bars, then iif i try and access any routes it comes up 'no internet'.
Checked the toggles on the sim settings and seems to be on for mobile data.
Anybody had the issue and what i might do to get it working.

Lebara sim working fine in Netherlands...belgium....Luxembourg and Germany at the moment

These are the settings I have. All were done with no input from me

Have it connected to the rental house' wifi as well

try the Lebara SIM in a phone. Check the Lebara app to see if the account is still alive?

try your phone SIM in the connected ride device

Cheers for that, still out on the road so only had limited opportunity. Checked the account app and still looks live.I'll get onto the website tonight and see when the data stopped. Have to see iif any of the group have a spare phone that takes a micro sim as mines a nano.
It was working when we hiit france as i could see the traffic areas, probably went a while ago and not noticed.
Hey ho, it is what it is.
I'll know more if i can access a phone later tonight. If not i'll have a better idea once i hit the uk.
Still navigates anyways but cant get routes on the fly or manage traffic

Think i've managed to sort it now i'm back at the hotel and not tethered to the bike. Now the nav is off the bike it looks like i had'nt activated the data roaming box cos i couldnt see it.
Gonna find out shortly if its worked.

you just reminded me of something similar when I arrived in France on 30 April with a new Moto phone. It took me ages to find where Android had buried the setting for roaming on the new phone. I've had Moto phones for a decade so thought i knew them well!

Looks to be working, internet working, routes syncronising and roadworks now showing....
