Euromotoelectrics does a similar package for $18-, and his one for the GS with the battery longways has the correct 13 " earth cable.
I dont think that is the crimp that is visible, it is heat shrink with printing on it.
Actually, I know, as I bought one when they first appeared a year or so ago.
It is actually a well put together kit, and will probably improve things on an old bike, particularly one with a Bosch starter , as if you check it out the OEM cables are borderline for the current the Bosch pulls.
I bought one of the kits before Eurom--- started selling cheaper copies,and was pleased with the purchase, but I was chasing trouble on a poor starter, so my result may not be typical.
