Just a quick word of warning if you use the above. I went up that way last night and the road into Cranswick from the south was covered in oil seed rape from a tractor and trailer, 70-80 yard stretch. Probably very slippery by now after being ground down by traffic-in case you don't know this is the stuff that cooking oil is extracted from and will probably be lethal if it rains. Not sure how good a job they made of clearing it up- I came back a different route.
