LED indicator problems...

Anyone had any issues with LED light boards? My rear light has come up with a LAMPR warning, although it still works and the rear indicators that have the brake light in are showing a red light all the time - I don't remember it being on unless the brakes were applied???

And looking around the led indicators themselves, I see a few of the individual LEDs have packed up.

They're over 2 years old, so its out with the multimeter and off to Maplins.

Could be that the tail - light section of your LED rear light has failed as the electronics switch the brake light on half power if this happens.
It would explain why the brake LEDs in the indicators are coming on.

I'd suggest taking it apart and giving the contacts all a good clean and spray with WD40 or similar, because there's a lot of water and crud thrown-up there......before spending any money.
