Guys some links or advice please.

As some of you may know i use my Xch for mixed road and off road.
I've decided I am sick of the original indicators getting damaged and not working.

Im thinking of some high quality LEDs small but bright and well sealed etc

What do you suggest ?

:beerjug:

Rizoma

These Rizoma LED indicators take alot of beating....except the price:rolleyes:

They are super bright and small.

If you opt for these, note that you only need to fit the inline resistors to one of the 2 indicators on each side.

I will take a look cheers, the cost isn't a big concern just want a quality item up to the job.

They are very good. I can vouch for that after following mike last year.

I was trying to remember the name of them, now I know!

Is that price each or a pair?

EACH

You may be able to get them cheaper thru Bas...he stocks them and the extenders to make them stand further out from their mounting point.

Those look way cool 'custom' indicators but not exactly practical for a dirt bike :nenau

I've always just fitted cheap and cheerful rubber mount mini indicators off ebay on my dirt bikes. Cheap as chips and no drama to replace if I break one.

THESE are the exact same ones I last fitted to my old Husky. Survived two years of laning with no breakages :thumb2

I did wonder that. I'm looking for something that can cross continents ride hard off road then return in one piece. Do look nice thought.

Any body had good/bad experience with 12gs led upgrades?

Survived

The Rizzoma LED's survived Kazakhstan/Siberia and the ride home in 2012 without a scratch despite many offs and total submersion in rivers.

These units are really small and if you mount them sensibly, there is almost no risk of damage. My front ones are fully protected by the bars and I have moved the rear ones closer in and are they fully protected by the rack, and even more so when I have bags mounted.

These are a very real choice for long tours.

If you are reading Walters blog, Prutser and, I think, Beemster had these units fitted.....Prutser (aka Bas/Hyperpro) sells them.

Fair point, back up the list they go.
