LED LIGHT STRIP ON HANDGUARDS

Hi
Does anyone recall where the post was re fitting the above to the handguards?
i recall a thread where someone had put small LED Strip lights around the handguards & hardwired into the bike
I cannot locate the details so any help would be good as they did look great as i recall
