LED running lights

Has anyone fitted LED running light to a 1200GS instead of the expensive BMW / Touratech style fog lights.

Nippy Norman has an LED pack which looks quite neat but is asking £149

Also seen car LED running lights (made by RinG) which mount in the front bumper @ £30 for the pair. This company also make a LED for £15http://www.bikevis.com/brites.html

Quite fancy the idea of some LEDS to improve the road profile of the bike to drivers. Are there any better products out there, recommendations or issues to be aware of with this type of lighting and Canbus?

They look rather like the Ring light I have seen. Where did you source those from ? Price ? Any issues with fitting ?

I bought these for £9.99. You can get them cheaper from Hong Kong which is probably where these originated from in the first place...

I've just velcro'd them on and wired them into a Centech ap1.

They have nothing to do with TT other than they are stuck onto the TT handguards...

E.Bay. source on BMW 1200Gs - Seen them for approx £4.99. claim to be genuine and suit/fit the GS. Can't understand how Mr Nippy can charge the £149
