Left Handle bar grip and switch

has any one had a problem with this coming loose and pulling the threads out of the Ali Magura bars , I was wondering why it was loose . also with this set up it is hard to align the switch to the right position for your hands
the switch and the handgrip are one assembly ?

my lefthand grip is loose - it wobbles about and I keep meaning to have a look at. I'll do it tomorrow and let you know how i get on.
