Legal Forest Riders (LFR) will be catering for big bikes on its next ride day, 25th March. The Big Bike Forest Tour will be a low speed ride around the fire roads of the Rhigos plantation taking in spectacular views of the area (weather permitting) and a few optional off road sections to have a go at. It's an ideal opportunity to get your wheels dirty, particularly suitable for first time off road riders. The optional sections include:

  • a short, wide easy stoney track;

  • a short but more difficult stoney track;

  • a longer, very rocky track (suited to more experienced riders or the adventerous)
The ride fee is just £12. To reserve a place all you need to do is get yourselves signed up as LFR members and get your names down on the ride list.

For more information go to the LFR web site: http://www.lfr-wales.co.uk/index.php?topic=418.new#new

would have love to have gone working that day :blast , will see if I can do a shift swap

would I need tkc 80's or would Tourance be ok ?

Excuse my ignorance but I had to Google the tyres you mentioned to see what they look like! Having now seen them I would err on the side of the TKC80s. But someone with more knowledge of these things may be able to offer more definite advice.
