Got into work this morning to get a phone call from our Fortwilliam office saying their PC wont boot. Bugger thinks me I will have to head up there. Thinks for a min about going home and picking the car up but na looked like a nice day. Filled the bike, heated grips on and off I go via Callender, lochernhead and all that. Sun out all day and the roads for the best part were bone dry. Gets there and 30 mins later I am heading back again with not a care in the world. Bit of lunch in the green welly on expenses of course. 310 miles of some of the best biking scenery there is and the best part is I got paid for it and 40p a mile :D

So
Hein Gericke 10 out of 10 for my cruise 2 gear that kept me toasty warm all day.
Shuberth also 10 out of 10 for my S1 pro that is quiet, fog free and I still love the built in sunglasses.
BMW get 9 out of 10 for making such a mile eating bike. Not a single ache getting off back home (I have a sargent seat)and I loved every min of the ride. They lost one point because the fuel gauge fecked up during the trip:blast. Not fun when you know your getting near the max range of the tank and your not quite sure just what the MPG is when you can the bike all day. I gambled and won, still had 3 litres left from the quoted capacity when I filled it.

Like I said life is good, hopefully the machine will screw up tomorrow again :D

And to think all you had to ask him was
" Is the light on the front of the PC lit"

But then again you would have missed the run eh? :thumb2

And you can't make that happen????????????:augie
Like the comments about the Schuberth S1 Pro. I like the idea of the sun visor, but the System 6 was'nt the right fit. So I might pop into HG and try it.

Its a good helmet if they fit you properly. They don't fit everyone for some reason. Definitely worth trying out tho, I tried them at HG but bought it from sound distribution as they were a lot cheaper at the time.

GC to the Forum, please.....

Cant disagree about the joined up writing bit. :eek
I tried to read the specials board in the pub at lunchtime today, it was more of a challenge that the crossword in today's Record!

Right about it being a cracking day yesterday though.
Talking to someone with sunburn last night after spending the day skiing!!!!
