Made my own of out some 1/4" thick aluminum bar stock. The lower light mount is the one I made. No bends needed on this one and it's very solid...

Some other light bars I used were made from pretty thin sheet stock material and allowed the PIAA 910's to bounce around a lot. Hated that jumpy light pattern at night. The 910's do weigh quite a bit though.

Powdercoated it a nice flat black...

I bent mine, its not hard really and dont take long. Just drill a few holes then paint and mount.
