Well how good is it to at last have a BMW dealer in Norfolk again.
Friendly efficient service from the moment you walk in .
Service carried out as agreed and 07 bike no longer running or sounding like a bag of nails at tick over if indeed it ticked over at all.
It now runs as it should & pulls pretty effortlessly again to well what ever it should do
not like last time after the software update & 6000 mile service done by a dealer South of Ipswich I never seemed to find time run it back & I guess I never realized just how bad they'd made it run.
How nice is it to get a courtesy phone call 2 days later to see if the bike is running better.They actually insisted I phoned them if it was still running badly.
The bit I liked best was the bill saying adjusted to the agreed price in other words it came to £50 more but they stuck to their quote.
Early days I know but I wish Linds good luck & I know there are plenty of potential customers in East Anglia in need of a decent dealer.
