Cant find a review... Any advice regarding these for summer ride to Bosnia in May?

I've recently purchased the Lindstrands Qattara textile jacket, the one which goes with the TT trousers .... if the trousers are anything like the jacket i don't think you'll go far wrong, excellent quality & well made ... though i haven't really put the jacket to a long distance test yet ..

Currently using the Qattara with a set of Draggin jeans as my warmer weather kit ... I haven't seen one other rider out there wearing the same jacket which was one of the main reasons i got it ....

Let me know what you think if you get a set of trousers, it's currently on my things to purchase list ...

Don't know about the TT pants. Have just ordered the (Halvarssons) Odyssey and Targa pants...I'll give an update in a day or so..

Can't help you specifically, but I do have the GI pants which look quite similar. They are completely waterproof, and with all the linings out really well vented. The quality seems really good too.

I would take a look at the BMW summer trousers. Good temperature range, very tough with good armour (having recently introduced the to the tarmac) and very well specked. I will be getting another pair just as soon as I am back on the road.

Yes I have a pair and they are EXCELLENT!!!! Havent let in a drop of water in 9months use. Inner water proof liner zips out. Good range of pockets and there is excellent ventilation. I also use the lindstrand bib/braces. Exceedingly comfy. Would i buy them again....u bet i would. Hope this helps

Apologies for the threadomancy... I just found this via google, as I've been looking for info on the TT pants, which seems hard to come by.

How is the armour? Is the fit of the armour adjustable? And padding on the hips? Or just knees?

Are these at all water-proof with the liners zipped out, or does it pretty much depend on the liner.

Any fit comparisson with triumph pants by chance? Being from the US, thats the only Euro made trousers I'm familliar with size wise. You can't get Halvarssons/Lindstrands over here, so I'm considering a mail order from the UK, and trying to figure out sizing.

Anyway, thanks in advance for any other info anyone might be able to offer on these- original poster, or otherwise.
