Little tip for speeding up an Android Phone

This is more useful for people with slower phones and gives you a feeling of speeding things up by shortening the length of time to display animations, like when opening an app. It just makes the phone feel faster.

To do this, enable developer options by
Settings/ Scroll to the bottom/ About Phone/ Software Information/ Find Build number and tap it 7 times (you will get a message saying developer mode active).

Now go back to Settings
Scroll to the bottom/ Developer Options and scroll down till you see the below (its not far past all the bluetooth headings but its quite a long menu) in the Drawing section.

open those settings to find three options : Window animation scale, Transition animation scale, and Animator duration scale. Change each of them to something quicker, like .5x.
Just to be clear that is .5x (POINT 5) and NOT 5X!

Don't play with anything else!
