Just a heads-up for anybody who frequents this dealership. Phoned yesterday to book the bike in for an oil/filter change and sort the back brake before we go to Europe in a months time. Told nothing availble until the end of July! Apparently they only have 1 mechanic left now.
Normally a very good dealer for me but are obviously struggling for workshop staff. Booked it into a local independent to get sorted.

Just phoned to check availability as bike flashed up reminder this morning that my service due end August. Sadly Lloyds still only have one mechanic and can’t offer any service before first week of October

i wonder what would happen , if the mechanic ......went on strike for better pay?

If a franchised dealer cannot carry out subsequent servicing and warranty work on a new bike that they have sold ( and within a reasonable time span ) especially with the possible repercussions regarding warranty issues due to missed or late services then they should have their franchise suspended
