Loading Maps into Garmin IV

Hi.

Having a problem with the above, click on address to enter a postcode and it shows, "No Data Available" Go to Garmin Express to reinstate maps, and 3/4 the way downloading, up pop "Error" so unable to download.

So, have IV with no maps !! Help please.

PS Using Windows 10 (which is also crap)

Mine did the same recently it was a corrupted sd card !
