Can anyone recommend a locksmith in Belfast who could cut and code a key for my Guzzi Norge?

Thanks for that info. I rang Halvins and they were quoting prices similar to what you'd pay in rip-off Ireland. I'll try the KeyCentre.

I called to the Key Centre in Belfast on Monday. They didn't have the blank but took the cutting and coding info from my key and said they'd post the new one later in the week. The key arrived yesterday, by registered post, works perfectly and all for £30.60 - that's less than half what I was quoted in Dublin.

Full marks for a great service
