I am in a complete whirl with all this tech. I bought a tablet to fly my Air with, it has the DJI Go Fly app on it to work the drone with and it opens perfectly, no problem.

I treated myself to a fancy, swipe phone with a camera (Samsung S10, off here) and now have the rigmarole of setting it all up - everything needs me to sign in again: everything, including the DJI flying app. Luckily I wrote down my details when I set it up a year ago. The trouble is, when I try to get the app to work on the phone (useful backup maybe) the system says my email or password are incorrect, in compatible or words to that effect.

I do not want to compromise the working tablet. How do I find out my Login details that they will accept please? I have tried contacting DJI, they just say go to our website... great, what do I look for on their website to help me find my Login details? I wish I had never bought the bloody phone, peer pressure, it is a very dangerous thing.

Is there a way of finding my login that is tucked away on the tablet somewhere please? So I can use the same on the phone? I must have typed it slightly differently to how I wrote it down or something.

When I’ve been in a similar fix I’ve just changed my password.
Hope this helps…

Same.

Is there a 'reset password' option.

It will send a new password to the e mail address* that you used on set up.

*Disclaimer. You might be using a different e mail address now!

The trouble is DJI when you contact them just say 'go to our website.... when you go to their website you have to 'register' or 'login'.... great! You try to register and they say your email is already registered, but they still won't let me in to change my password.

Bloody computerised crap.

Every website I go through gives you the option to re-set your password at the log-in stage, are you sure you're missing the prompt somewhere?

Haven't you got access to a spotty teenager, they'll sort it in no time.

Goto the login, enter the email address, then goto the "forgot password" option then they should email a new password.

Use that password and then change it to one you can remember.
