Looking for any feedback / guidance on settings which might be causing Lone Rider Motorcycle Lights to be oscillating under throttle load. Wondering if this is an expected experience or if I need to adjust settings in the MotoCAN.

Thanks in advance!

You need to adjust your settings. Did you plug it in to the correct Ezcan outlet?

I have them on my MY11 TC with no issues

According to Hex, i can only make adjustments / setting changes via the app or wizz wheel

I can adjust all settings except the speed blend via the abs button

I'd be looking at what siddo said,

However i had a hiccip with mine where the upper and lower banks got transposed

pulling the fuse and rebooting the Hexezcan & resyncing the the lights

sorted it all out

You can only get them to work / configure if you use the white outlet if i'm not mistaken
Correct. I thought that too but couldn't remember 100% on how I installed mine.

I'm pretty sure this is modulation, you can confirm by checking the settings in the motolights panel, or covering your dash to make the bike think it's night time. If this behaviour stops when the bike perceives night time, you know it's the modulation feature as it only applies during day time.
