I've had mine a week or so, and thought i;'d share some thoughts and findings during my use.

Firstly, i think it's built well (i have the 42L) as is the mounting plate - very similar (IMO) to the Givi offering for their topbox. It mounts very sturdily to the plate with no movement as of yet, although similar to the Givi design, this may change when the rubber pads on the plate start to wear.
I like the way it mounts being pulled back to engage the base plate lock - so riding along with wind blast in theory means it's working with the mount, not against it. The base plate lock mechanism is simple, well thought out and feels robust, and not in the way as it does on the GS top box.
The top box itself feels sturdy, well built and like it should take some (accidental) abuse if it were dropped. The included light, net & inner bag are useful to have.

The current niggles i have encountered;
- lid seal. This seems very thin - and the closure of the lid doesn't have much 'resistance' so i am not sure how effective this will be in rain, and if any could be driven in by the wind.
- top box latch. I have found that the latch (if not locked) will come undone under normal riding conditions (not even very bumpy roads). It seems as though it's highly sprung in the 'open' direction and it takes very little pressure to release it (opposite to the GSA 'box, which is sprung in the locked direction). Whilst the hooks catch the bar on the lid - i'd say it wouldn't take much of a bump for it to de-latch and for the lid to be free/open potentially.
- lock barrels. They appear to be quite flimsy/cheap feeling on what is a premium (price) box. One of which works fine, and the other is still quite stiff to use - i will see if this frees up with use over time.

I'm happy with my purchase so far, and think i'll get used to the niggles (so long as the seal doesn't leak)
