Long range tanks

Hi,
Has anybody out there fitted the Touratech long range tanks to their 650GS single? I would like some opinions before spending £1500 plus.

TT tank conversion

Hi,
I don't have direct experience of the touratech tanks but I read an evaluation of modifications made to a f650, one of which was the long range tanks.

I guess you need to ask yourself do you really need them. Where do you plan to travel?

I don't really need them, but I just get annoyed when I have to search for fuel every 170 miles at anything above 70mph.

I've got some sat in the garage that were going to get fitted to my Dakar... but i sold it a couple years back! They only came out of the box to check that everything was there (it wasn't - what would you expect from TT?!?) but are now a complete set ready for painting and fitting. If you are still interested, get in touch!

Sorry for the delay in getting back - Work and all that.

Glad to know that people still want to go places on the 650 singles, and that those big tanks can be put to good use! Not sure what they are worth and really don't want to turn this into a fleabay style auction. Anyone interested, give me a bell on 07767 211901 and we can take it from there?
