Long weekend in northern France - Beginning of August - Start / end in Calais

….here is an idea for a 3 and a half day get away:

Day 1 - afternoon crossing from Folkstone (Chunnel) to Calais then 80km from the French side (Chunnel) to a nice place with great menu in Montreuil. Hauts de Montreuil.



Day 2. Montreuil to Vieux Villez and the charming chateau hotel Chateau Corneille alos with a good restaurant.



Day 3. Vieux Villez to an old favourite of mine at the Cour de Remi in Bermicourt. NOW CHANGED - See post #4



Day 4: Then the next morning its a quick 85 km back to the Chunnel

All hotels bookable via the Logis website

Depending on how many, happy to arrange routes but hotel booking will be up to the individuals. I haven’t checked myself yet but some of these places get full quick so might have to review routes to fit other hotel options

thanks Richard. Already slight change to the return leg. Last stop will be at this place as the Cour de Remi is charging EURO 160 which is a bit pricey.....
