Oulton Park have "Rally experience" days on their stages that double up as the car park on busy weekends. Motor Sport Vision are the operators, cost is £180 per person driving Escort Cosworths. I won a voucher for this at a charity event and am going on 26th of November, so if you can wait that long I can let you know how good/bad/indiferent it is.
The session only lasts for two hours, so sounds expensive, but I have been on their bike track days and everything seems well organised.
