Looking for a service shop / dealership in London

Hi Amir!

Can you please tell me about your decision regarding servicing your F650GS? I also have the F650GS and live in North London (Archway). I’m due to my 30k service and I’m trying to find out the best possible solution. I’m between Battersea and Mobitec. Although I wouldn’t mind travel further North or South.

I don't have a place for servicing yet. The last service I had done in battersea, and that was only a month or two ago.

I'm going to use Prestige for this one. Putting the bike in the day after tommorow. I'll post my impressions of them here. If I'm be happy with the service and the price, I'll give them a try for servicing when the time comes.

I called Prestige couple of days ago and I have to say they made a good impression. Straight, polite and very keen. They will also give me a loan bike. And they are not that far from where I live after all!

I still have about 1000m before my service, so I would be very interested to hear your opinion. Please let me know!

Hi Topap,

Hope your aware that Prestige are moving to Dartford and changing their name in April. Don't have the address but will be called 'Whitefields Mortorad' I think. More info on the website. Was in there a fortnight ago and can confirm their are a great bunch. Teas is good too

I have used Jap and German several times as they are a short walk from my office. They do come across a bit odd, but have been very good when trying to my GS of intermittant problem. cheaper than dealer too. Might be worth a try. 10 minute walk from London Bridge Station.

End of the day make up your own mind.

Am I the only one that thinks London Beemer riders get a poor deal?
