Hi all can any body recommend a garage in south wales
looking for bike mechanic in south wales

As I read this post the advert at the top of the page is for Cardiff Motorrad which is the garage I was going to recommend, spooky eh?
Anyway, Mike at said garage is very good.

And thats my problem there is no one in or around the Cardiff area unless you know of a small garage

There is a bike mechanic behind the old Reg Braddocks shop, up the alley 
on Broadway Road, I was told was good, but never got around seeing. Supposed to be reliable and reasonable.
As I said not used him though. The Biking Photographer mentioned him. So shoot him
if he's pants.
Also;
Mikes dad, Phil, is doing some of his servicing but I have no idea to what level (he maintains all makes of cars, Porsche etc and always gives Mike a hand too)
Worth an ask.

Yeah popped in last week, he's up against it, keeping stiff upper lip and all that, but really appreciates people asking how Mikes is.

Hello, if you want to combine a ride, head up to Garn motorcycles near Varteg. They are an ace bunch; friendly and down to earth. I always think I'll "just pop over" but end up chatting away. I've seen a few GSs there. And a huge spud gun made from an old gas canister.
Spoke to Phil today at Cardiff Motorrad and he's busy but happy to take on some bike work.

Yep he is! Just fitted my new tyres on my KTM, give him a ring he will always help and offer advice and tea

He has serviced several bikes, several times for me. Anything from straight servicing to clutch replacement and bevel drive bearings, he is your man!
He is very capable and what he doesn't know about Boxers ain't worth knowing.
