Thanks for the kind words guys.
Very much appreciated, if the world was full of people like yourselves it would be a far better and friendlier place to live.

I have just rejoined the Boxer fraternity after a short break.
Bought myself a cracking R1100GS from a gent in Winchester and promptly put it with BigAl to give it a good sorting out.
New brakes, fully sorted the tappets and end float, balanced throttles, all fluids and filters changed including brake fluid which can be a swine to bleed if fitted with ABS as mine is.
The final drive had a bit of play in it and Al adjusted the bearing in lubed it at same time.
Two new Tourances fitted and an MOT carried out. He even sorted a broken seat catch and manufactured and fitted pannier frames for me
Like having a new bike!!!
Top man, thanks again Al.
Take your bike to Al, save your hard earned cash and get great service to boot.
Saw your new steed yesterday Phil, its looking lovely, as good as Al's, a credit to him. Nice to have you back in the fold and looking forward to catching you in a few weeks.

Hey Nick,
glad you like the bike, I think I got a good un.
Al has done a great job of realizing its potential, really chuffed with the outcome.
You will need yours fettled before France I expect?
Let the maestro at it, he will have it running like a Swiss watch.
Looking forward to the "invasion" of La France. Plenty of saucisse, du pain et du vin rouge!
Merveilleuse, oui?

A pretty sad affair for all concerned, some of the things that were said to me have made me very very uncomfortable,
get on with his punishment and move away, that is what I would do I think.
