Looking for my bikes previous owner, does rallies (1100GS)

My bike came with a short screen covered in rally stickers. the front one has the name 'Hopkins' number 1 from green dragon Yorkshire rally. Also has stickers from Clare '02 and the panniers have stickers from a rally in Wales. Anyone know who the PO might be?
