Looking for Recommendations for warm/waterproof Gloves for March to Sep/Nov

I use BMW Summer Gloves for most of the year with Heated grips and when it gets colder I use HG Three Finger Pathan Gloves, great value at £49.99 (I got mine in a sale for £30 a few years ago). Doesn't take too long to get used to the three finger layout and I have had no problem keeping my hands warm and dry.
