It is often a good idea to carry a copy of that document with you when you are returning, or want a replacement of, faulty goods.

I've been in the situation when the retailer (in my case a national supermarket chain) claimed it did not have to replace my faulty DVD film. On production of this document I got a replacement and a free coffee whilst I waited.

One powerful document indeed.

has any had any major issues with the top boxmounted in the pillion position?

I found that it forces you to sit forward on the seat quite a bit, not only because of it's position in relation to the riders seat but also because I had the "pillion" backrest fitted and this was on occassion very annoying tapping against my back protector. I persevered for a few weeks but reverted back in the end which felt much better.

You may find you also have to modify your mount/dismount procedure.

Might depend on how tall you are I guess.
