Well it seems that Richard Heith @BMW Motorad UK has taken back the offer of a replacement bike for my broken 2017 GSA TE and won't let me have another

AFTER talking to him twice on the phone and him telling me that he doesn't think I'm worthy of BMW Motorad UK and to even own one i am lost as to what to do and for words

Unfortunately there are people out there reading this who can't wait to go and speak to Marshall BMW Grimsby and tell them what i have wrote as it seems

Well all i can say is it has been a total waste of my time and effort to support them as they just basically told them they don't want me to own a BMW and that they can pick and choose who they deal with

Well to you Richard Heith and BMW Motorad UK
Thanks for nothing and i won't be buying another BMW as I'm not worthy

All the money i have spent on it also to which i have a load of second hand parts to sell on here soon then bye bye BMW

your mistake as im sure you realise now was to play out the whole affair in the public domain, use a bit of common sense and keep things off the interweb until you have got the outcome you are happy with.:comfort
i have had several issues with a few bikes but have always approached dealer first before spreading it all over the interweb, all imo obviously

How come BMW's legendary attitude to warranty and maintenance of their customers' goodwill, etc., didn't work for you? :comfort

He's probably pissed off that you can't be arsed to spell his name correctly :augie

Richard Heath is the Corporate Customer Service Manager when in reality you should have probably been dealing with Ben Perry

For one of the top honcho's at BMW to tell you they dont want you as a customer or that you are not fit to own one of their awesome steeds then you must have severely pissed them off

Or there is something that you are not being entirely open about ?

Ok so I have a new bike and asked for advice on what to do
Then I got told they was going to give me a new bike
Then got told I'm not
How is this any of my fault ?
I can see an argument here and to be honest i really can't be arse after today
Seems the BMW folk are quick to judge when something goes wrong but not quick enough to help another BMW owner with serious questions
Speaks volumes alone that does
Thank fuck i have other bikes to use and ride
That's just made it clear that I wouldn't want to be a part of something that doesn't stick together when needed

Someone that doesn't speak down to there Customer who has just spent the best part of £18.000 would be a start

I bought a bike, wasn't happy with certain things that i have been asked not to discuss and they said if i paid more i can have a brand new GSA TE
I paid more for a new one and got all the engine rattles (more than normal) and th gearbox problem with locking in gear and not shifting right as it shoulshould to which Steve Bell agreed to from BMW Motorad UK
Not my fault it wasn't right but they have told me the excuse that BMW Motorad UK don't think they can meet my expectations so are not prepared to give me a new bike but will repair my old one or give me a refund
Wtf ?

Then take the refund ..???

If BMW promised you a new bike, then went back on that, then that's not fair. But it was a bit silly to talk about it on an open forum, that BMW view regularly. If they've offered a full refund, then take it, and let the dust settle before you make any snap decisions. I'd go and at least ride a new KTM, as I put it off for years, and now that I have one, am very impressed with it.
