I hope that's not a bloody omen just been to fill up with petrol ready for a early start Saturday, brilliant sunshine when I left home 2 minutes down the road the heaviest hail storm I've seen for a couple of months got soaked.

Albania and back hopefully did it last year and came back up Italy was a great trip, you are of to the picos de europa did I see enjoy.

We’re doing Picos then Pyrenees,Millau,Route Napoleon,Vercors etc

No such thing as getting lost on a motorcycle... its just an alternative route or detour

If you want to get lost in Europe buy an early Nav 6 (you could end up anywhere IF it continues to work ) but the best way is do what we did in the 80's .

Do not plan ahead and you will have no Sat Nav (obviously) and make sure that non of your large scale maps show towns or cities with a population of less than say 30,000 people . We used an AA road map of Europe which was all the land west of the Iron Curtain

You will get properly lost

No but Top Box full of Pizza for the first week's food.

Up at Doc o'clock and at Dover for 7.45 bit cool but as good a ride as can be for M11 M25
