Good day out, despite the weather cheers chaps :thumb2

kin ell

glad i stayed home DD. it was sunny all day here bar very late pm. the adv would still be there as its on the last 4mm of tread. looked fun though.

You said it was going to be a gentle ride out. :nono

Remind me never to trust you again ya rotter;)

shame we didn't stop to take photos of the river we were in for ooo about 2 miles, too worried about dropping the bike to stop for photos!

You shoulda seen the river sections and some of the puddles we crossed!

It was actually a great day out - a good 50 or so miles of off-roading - some fast fire roads, plenty of water, some deep mud and some technical bits. At least, for me anyway! :o

Top day out chaps - thanks again!

did you get completly lost, that doesn't look as though much of that was the strata, if you'd stayed on the strata you'd probably have avoided all that mud:blast:blast:blast:blast:augie:augie:D:D:D:D

looked like a top day out though

I'm going to be doing a recce of the florida and some poterwydd tracks in a couple of weeks, if you want to come along give me a call

well done , it's nice to see others out there doing it :augie:augie:augie

tkcs and mud, what a waste of time that is, why can't anyone make a decent tyre for a 19" front ???????????

again well done

Rob

If you had carried on on the correct track you would have come across some proper crossings

Like Rob said at least you out there doing some but don't you get bored riding the same 2 tracks all the time

If that is the same stream we did, and it looks very much like it, then there was plenty more water in it. In that pic, it looks like a wet path - it was distinctly a stream on Sunday!

it will be the same one but it was back in april and it hadn't rained for a month

Rob

As GPS says looks like, it could be quite entertaining at adv rider do on 22nd.Looks like a great do to lok forward to.:aidan
