Lost Menu tool bar

Lost the menu toolbar from the bottom of my screen.

tried resizing the display & dragging the mouse around the edges t relocate it, no good.

any ideas.

Have you tried right clicking on another tool bar? Usually brings up the list of tool bars available with a tick to show if it is on or not

Try pressing F11. It switches between full screen mode and topped/tailed screen.
