Lost Network Settings on iPhone

iPhone 3Gs on T-Mobile

Upgraded to iOS4 and then iOS4.0.1

Was trying to sort out MMS so went normal access route:

Settings> General> Network

That would normally give access to the various settings for SMS, MMS, Interweb, etc., plus the Reset Network Settings at bottom of screen.

All my screen shows is:
Enable 3G On/Off
Cellular Data On/Off
Data Roaming On/Off
Internet Tethering
VPN
Wi-Fi

Anyone else lost their settings access.

Then selecting Cellular Network Data I get:

That's what I had.

I'm missing the "Cellular Data Network >"

No idea what's happened

Have you tried going Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings?

There is also Settings>Reset All Settings?

I had to do a full restore after installing 4.0.1 - maybe the software's not up to their usual reliable standards?
