Love the bike, hate the corrosion.

...Or regular treatment with FS365. I'm a believer!

My 2009 bike has reached 24000 miles, and I have ridden serious miles all through the winter, and it looks pretty good (I don't know whether the previous owner did winters :nenau ). Usual sand blasting of finishes on the bash plate and centre stand, but no corrosion.

Half the problem is the crappy water based paints the manufacturers have to use these days...

I've a GSA triple rust special corrosion edition
270 miles from new rust on the disks, Crash Bars and Panniers carriers that are meant to be stainless steel FFS. Half the fixing are corroding too.

Dealer has cleaned it up but it's going to come back, If I wanted a bike that needs cleaning and drying after every run out I'd have got a Harley.
