I just installed modified KTM Rallye replica low fender (it has +2cm in width in middle part).
It was made from fiberglass so I’m a little bit skeptical about how long it will last.
If I will order next one I would like to have 1-1,5cm in height also – at the moment I have only 5-7 mm between fender and new Motoz Desert 90/100/21 tire.

Low fender

I use a cut down fender from a F800GS. Only cost £32 from BMW dealer.

Gives good clearance to tyre and is the right width. Just need to make 2 x brackets for rear mounts.

I mounted F800GS fender in very similar way to that You did it - just bolt it on to stock covers - but when it covers seals IMHO it was mounted too high
The price for Ktm fiberglass replica wit all modifications was very close to 35£ so it wasnt as expensive as I thought and I decided to give it a try.

Made by www.plastbike.pl for an Africatwin forum discounted group order.
Its a fiberglass fender with some carbon-fiber additional layers in the middle part. I will check how thought it is in near future - and I will decide if I will leave it for norther Russia trip this summer or to get back to white KTM mx front fender.
