Low seat options

Hi just wondering if anyone had any input into buying a sightly lower than standard seat for an 07 GSA. I just need something about an inch lower.

I bought my GS with a low seat (I believe they also fit the GSA), dealer said to keep until the 1st service to make sure I was happy with it.

Lots of info here on inside leg measurements, but you would be better off sitting on a showroom one to see if the difference is better.

So I kept it, as even the lower setting on the standard didn't feel right for me
I've just got used to it.

I put the low Touratech / Kahedo one onto an 07 GSA I used to have. Very comfy and made the bike a bit more manageable for me.

I have the Wunderlich one (which may be exactly the same as Touratech )

It works very well, although can be a bit hit/miss when trying to latch it in place.

It also makes you sit slightly further forward than the standard seat alows.

Definately an improvement though

I've got one aswell ....... it's definately lower than the BMW Low Seat I had before and looks much nicer. For use over any distance tho I fit an Airhawk

The problem I find with the BMW GS low seat, Is the lack of padding. It’s like sitting on Granite. So I now use the standard GS seat on the low setting on my 09 GSA.

It'll do until i can get a low Sargent seat.

The standard gs is about an inch lower than the standard gsa so I would say try a std gs seat first

Kahedo High end breathable. About 1 inch lower that standard GSA seat.
Comfy too....

Cheers for all the info. Apparently just missed out on a low Kahedo seat on fleabay the other night!!! Typical if anyone out there has knowledge of one going loafing I would be interested!
