Wanted Lower fixing strap for Tank Bag

An odd one but, anyone got a spare/unused strap that holds the bottom edge of a tank bag (Touratech) in place?

It's single webbing strap that passes through the plastic loop that's located near the front of the seat and either velcros back on itself or, a simple knot is tied.

I have searched the internet, including Touratech spares (that don't seem to exist!), aftermarket possibilities etc., but found nothing.

I think i have something similar in the garage - not TT, but Kriega or the like.

Ooh now then, that diagram helps a lot. I might actually have the bits to do that.
