Depending on milage, it might be worth contacting @Denz0 to see if he could both service your shocks and put standard springs in them and what he'd charge as that might be cheaper than buying a seperate pair of shocks?
Thanks for the quick replies.
Denzo has already overhauled the rear shock - is it a case of just longer springs?
I’ll look into the stands and probably look to fit a rally seat if possible and I go ahead with it.

Hi
Those shocks have internal spacers to limit the stroke . Spring can be reused, but it will need a spring seat (to make an extra 7mm ), or standard length spring can be installed .
From GS low shock, you can only extend to GS standard length . Adventure shocks come with longer piston rods.
On top of that I have an aftermarket shock tube just in case someone ever NEEDS ANOTHER +15 from GSA lengh ...
So it is a preaty easy job. If the shock was already serviced, it would take about 1H of work to extend it and assemble it with standard length spec .
Bike centre stand(side stand ) could be too short, and it will need esa calibration after extending.
