Thanks for that. The Hornig parts look identical to MFW which I can easily buy in the UK (M & P and Sportouring stock them at very different prices) and Cymark don't appear to list anything. I'd be interested in anyone's experience of MFW and anything similar for touring (no off-road) use. I'm intrigued that there's a Wunderlich kit that includes a new rear brake pushrod to suit the lowered peg which no-one else seems to offer. Is this just Wunderlich showing off or is the brake pedal position unchangeable?
I haven’t lowered the pegs on my GS but I used a Wunderlich kit on my R1100s and that came with a short copper extension pipe, maybe just a Wunderlich thing.
Which bike, mines 2003 1150gs I converted mine using Honda ST100 pegs. Very easy solution. Drops them about 1”. I found it made a big difference. Also found that I didn’t have to make any alterations to the gear/brake lever. Win/Win.

An interesting solution: I did something similar with Triumph pillion pegs on a previous GS. This one is a 2010 GS but afaik it's the same fitting on all hexheads.
I have the Wunderlich kit (with rubber inserts) on my 07, they transformed knee comfort for me.
I vaguely remember something about replacing a rod for the brake, but it was too long ago to recall details.
On the TC the stock brake lever has enough adjustment for lowered pegs.
I have Gilles Tooling pegs ( I would not recommend at the price and as they are over designed ) I purchased second hand.
However there is enough brake lever adjustment as I have a brake lever extension which raises the brake lever height 6mm and the pegs dropped 30mm.
