Lowering 2011 GS

It would appeat the 2011 gs is taller than the 06 model!!

On the 06 with std seat i could get tippy toe's one side or the other
fitted the low seat, and could get the balls of the feet one on one side or the other

Fitted 30mm lower suspension and i was near on flat foot


MY16 plate factory low with an ultralow seat worked wonders

But the 12 plate

esa on softest settings, and a factory low seat, and i'm still on tippys / ball on one one the other foot

I dont want to lower the suspension unless i have to, ad that will be a faf and more time not riding

Are there any options in the GS911 / motoscan to drop the suspension ?

Or can i reprofile the low seat to give me another 30mm

I think the only ecu options with GS911 etc are calibrations which will not effect the lowest ride height.
The 30mm lower shocks are the best option or get Dens0 to alter yours.
You will also need to shorten the centre stand and modify the side stand.

Denz0 turned my (non ESA) shocks around in 10 days, didn’t need to modify sidestand and put a plank under each wheel if I needed to use main stand in the garage, didn’t use it anywhere else.

You've probably checked, but are the bars and the sale itself in the right place? I think you have a little adjustment there also? But as i say, suspect you've covered that already

Got preload and damping to soft and comfort that helps ..

going to have the seat reprofiled on Sat, lets see what that does,

I did wonder if i unplug the units will they just act as normalish shocks ?
