As you7 can see from the title - every time I press the letter u, the nu7mber 7 comes up. Sometimes when I press u7 the letter u comes up

Any idea how I can solve this?

Check you haven't got a bit of straw/stick/chewing gum/jam/toast/dog crap under the keys bridging the gap between u and 7

Just checked and half my daughter's meals over the past several months have fallen out of the keyboard
including a bit of what looked like jam between the u and the 7
