luggage plate

Hi All from down under.

I have a 1100gs and was wondering if anyone knows of a luggage plate that replaces the pillion seat and uses the seat mounts with good tie down points. I know of the wunderlich luggage plate it seems a bit expensive $370 for a aluminium plate here in Oz that almost as much as a top case.

The problem I am having is there is nothing to use to secure the straps riders seat side. I can use the rack as one point to strap down.

Sure there must be another company that makes this product.
