Luggage rack for soft panniers?

i emailed Mr Wolfman Luggage and he said I need a nice rack (heh he) to fit the summit saddlebags to my 650 Dakar. can anyone tell me where to find such a rack / brackets / whatever they are called?

ive been searching and searching and come up with very little other than these from moto sportpanniers. does anyone know where to get some that dont cost an arm and a leg somewhere in the UK or Germany?

when i check the holan site there doesnt seem to be a single rack that fits the 650 Dakar, according to their descriptions

Doh, I should have read the post properly... This is the 650 and 800 Twin thread, I assumed you meant the 650 twin. Sorry.
